【前 言】

所謂領袖，就是帶著大家一起向前走的人。

在一個團體中擔任領導職務，擁有一定的名望、掌控著團體的人事權、行政權、財權等，這些因素足以在團體內外贏得相應的地位，尊重和服從。但是，擁有領導地位的人，并不一定是真正的領袖。而衡量領袖的標準并不是其權力大小、職位高低、掌控資源的多少、或他所帶領團隊的陣容。這些只是展示領袖地位的不同側面，而他在一個團隊中是否真正是領袖，在于他是否起到了領袖的作用——帶領團隊走向成功，并為其團隊謀福祉。

當一個人走進一個完全陌生的環境中, 不是靠其官銜、學位、過去的成就和地位，而是靠其真正的領袖素質，在很短時間內脫潁而出, 贏得眾人的尊重、信服和支持，這個領袖才能算名副其實。

在當前復雜多變的國際國內環境當中，卓有成效的團隊領袖必須具備超凡的遠見以引領時代潮流、把握行業的脈搏;具有極強判斷、應變、組織、執行推動能力并擁有敢于決策，承擔風險的勇氣;具有領導權力影響之外，能讓團隊成員欽佩、信服的自然征服力。

馬克斯·韋伯曾說：一個國家之所以落后，往往不是由于其民眾落后而在于其精英落后。同樣，一個企業要想在波濤洶涌的商海中隨意馳騁，掌舵的精英們責任重于泰山。正是在這樣的理念下，北京大學信息學院高層培訓中心整合國內外最優秀的企業導師，名師大家，以“培養商界領袖，推動中國企業成功轉型”為己任，通過積極研討國內外政治、經濟及文化等領域存在的問題，分享彼此經驗，開拓新穎視角，促進經濟文化合作。

【Preface】

A leader is a person who guides others toward a common goal.

Taking a leading position among a team, with certain reputation and controls of personnel, administrative and financial power, are adequate factors to gain him/her corresponding status, respect and compliance both in internal and external of the team. However, people who have the leading position are not necessarily to be real leaders. Standards of measuring a leader are definitely not things like power size, job position, how much resources being controlled, or the whole cast of the team. Indeed those standards with different aspect show leadership, yet whether or not being a real leader among the team, depends on whether or not he/she plays a role in it, that is to lead the team into success while making benefit.

To be a successful leader within short term in a new environment, and gain people’s respect, persuasiveness and support, is based on their outstanding leadership ability, but not relying on their position, academic degree, achievement in the past and current status. Here comes a real leader.

In current complicated diversified domestic and international environment, an effective leader must have foresight to be ahead of the times and to grasp the pulse of industry. It is needed to have excellent abilities of judgment, mobility, organization, implementation and promotion, as well as the courage of making decisions and being responsible for risks. Also, without of the influence of leading power, a natural conquest that admired and convinced by teammates is also a key characteristic for being great leader.

Max Weber once remarked that the reason why a nation falls behind is not because of the populations, but the elites. Similarly, elites who are in charge of their enterprises take huge responsibilities for their successes on running businesses in the commercial land. It is the concept that brings Peking University School of EECS Executive Education to integrate the best domestic and international enterprise mentors and experts. We take our mission as “Developing Business Leaders and Promoting Chinese Enterprises Successful Business Transforming.” Through active exploration of existing problems in the field of Politics, Economy and Culture, both in domestic and overseas, students will share their own experiences, pioneer new perspectives and promote economic and cultural cooperation.

【教學管理】

教學管理嚴格遵守北京大學的要求執行，采取項目主任管理制，學員入學時仔細閱讀《學習指導手冊》，并按教學指導手冊的要求提交作業論文等。

【Teaching Management】

Teaching management strictly abides by the requirement of Peking University, managed by project director. Please read through the “Student Instruction Manual” and submit thesis or paper assignment as required by the manual.

報名表必須由本人親自填寫，所有欄目均要求填寫完整清晰、準確屬實。請您將報名表復印留底，以便查詢。

2.附件(申請必須材料)

① 自命題論文

請您結合本企業的實際情況就企業管理方面的問題寫一篇不少于1500字的自命題論文。中文打印，稿紙自備。稿紙要求：A4白紙

字體要求：作文題目用小三號黑體加粗，正文用宋體字，四號字體，1.5倍行距。

② 一封推薦信

請您使用報名表所附推薦信格式，無須中英文對照。政府人員要求為申請人的直接領導，企業人員選一位權威人士作為推薦人。推薦信必須由推薦人本人填寫并簽名，放入信封內，并在封口處簽名交回申請人。推薦信由后EMBA招生委員會拆封，未密封的推薦信無效。

③ 學歷和學位證書復印件一式三份

請您提供教育部批準的國民教育系列大專或大專以上的學歷、學位證書復印件(包括工農兵學生、成人高考、自考、專升本、通過教育部統考的函授、電大、EMBA課程研修班證書)。

④有效身份證件復印件兩份

其中一份有效身份證件復印件貼在報名表指定位置。

2. Preparing for the application materials

1.Application form

Application form must be filled by the applicant. All items need to be completed with clear, accurate and correct. Please make your own copy for future reference.

① Self-chosen thesis

Please write us a self-chosen thesis with the consideration of your company’s actual situation on business administration. No less than 1500 words, printed in Chinese, own manuscript paper (A4, white)

Font requirement: “xiaosan” “heiti”, bold on the thesis title, “songti” “4hao” font size, 1.5 line spacing.

② One recommendation letter

Please attach the Recommendation Letter along with your application form, English Version is not a must. The applicant from Government and other National Official Department, Please provide the recommendation of the direct head. Recommendation letter must be written and signed by the Referee, put in an envelope, signed across the seal and returned to the applicant. The Post - EMBA admission committee will unseal the recommendation letter. Note that any unsealed recommendation letters are invalid.

③ Degree and diploma copies, 3 for each

Please provide associate degree or above approved by the ministry of education national education series, diploma copies (including Worker-peasant-solider student, adult college exam, self-exam, associate to bachelor, correspondence course, TV course and post EMBA seminar certificated through ministry of education)

④Two Copies of Identification Document

One copy needs to be attached at the assigned place on the application form. ⑤ Two Business Cards

⑥ Four recent 2 inches colored photos. (Sign at the back of each photos using pencil)

Please provide photos taking within 6 months, as one photo attaching at the assigned place on the application form. To assure clean photo, we suggest you to sign at the back using pencil.

⑦ Enterprise student must have a copy of Company’s business License (with official seal), company profile (including financial data such as last-year sales, profit), biography, etc.

⑧ One application payment confirmation copy

Please provide us your application payment confirmation copy, so that we could check it in time.

6. Evaluation Notice

For those who have passed the preliminary review, we will send out interview notice and related materials by express mail before the interview in order for your adequate preparation. Meanwhile, please check out our latest news.

七、 面試

面試重點考核申請人作為優秀管理人員所應具備的管理經驗、綜合素質與培養潛力。

7. Interview

The interview will concentrate on the examination of applicant’s management experience, comprehensive quality and training potential, as being excellent management personnel.

八、 綜合評審

后EMBA招生委員會將根據后EMBA教育的特點，以面試成績為主，結合申請材料及考生的整體情況，綜合評審，擇優錄取。

8. Comprehensive Review

According to the features of Post-EMBA education, the Post-EMBA admission committee will comprehensively review and admit the best applicants based on interview results, on the combination of application materials as well as applicants’ overall situation.

九、 發放錄取通知書

由北京大學統一發放錄取通知書。

9. Issuing Notice of Acceptance

The notice of acceptance will be issued by Peking University.

十、 交付學費

在接到錄取通知書后，按照北京大學政商領袖后EMBA學費的付款要求，在規定的日期一次付清。

10. Paying Tuition

After receiving the notice of acceptance, students are responsible for making one-time payment on the dates scheduled, based on the requirement of Peking University Political and Business Leader Post-EMBA program.
